Summary: It’s definitely a 3 star hotel- very outdated rooms. But the bed is comfortable and it’s clean. It’s also not in the main downtown area.

Summary: One receptionist trying to check in a large number of people meant the queue was literally out of the door at one point. The process was so antiquated and cumbersome, please do yourselves a favour and bring check in into the 21st century; or at least have more staff available that are trained properly in your processes. Checking in is the first impression your customers get of your service, it matters. Hotel itself was fine for an overnight stay, underground parking a bonus and the location is good if you're happy to walk or take the bus. Complimentary bus passes is a nice touch.

Summary: Staff was friendly, parking was easy, bed was comfortable. The lighting was strange but not problematic. Close to freeway but far from downtown. They do provide a free bus pass. Would stay again.

Summary: The hotel was overall good. The staff was very nice. However, the hotel is a bit dated, the carpet in our room was worn out and the sink did not drain properly. Also, it would have been nice to have extra hooks and space to hang clothes and towels. It was a bit pricey for the value.

Summary: This lodge provided our family with wonderful memories. The staff were friendly, and everything, including the pool and gym, was perfect. The only exception was young students unruly behavior at the pool, who played loudly until closing time.

Summary: No food options at hotel . They are kinda clean. There was really loud noise one night that woke me up from sleep around 3 am

Summary: Beautiful, small resort town full of hotels and restaurants. We were very happy with Rundlestone. The only drawback was that there wasn't a microwave in the room, just a mini fridge. The pool and hot tub were nice, although you had to walk through the exercise room to get to them. The staff were very nice. The air conditioning in our room didn't work the first night, but within five minutes of telling the front desk clerk in the morning the maintenance man was there and fixed it in about 15 minutes (filter had to be replaced).

Summary: Early check in was so great and convenient. The staff are very friendly. Free bus ticket to roamed around Banff. I love the swimming pool it was kid friendly. Hot tub is great too. Close to downtown. Underground parking. I would definitely stay here again
